About Us
It all began twenty-some years ago when our founder, Philip Ehrman, IV, was eight years old. His parents (now partners in the business today) decided to build a house. Phil and his brother, Ray, and cousin, Zach, watched the process closely, and even got to ride in an excavator on the worksite. From what seemed to be an immense hole in the ground, to the concrete basement walls being poured, to the framing reaching skyward, and later to the roofing crew sliding down the steeply pitched slopes on carpet pads, it all seemed to be such an adventure.
Phil and some of his buddies enrolled in C4 courses in high school, and from there, a career in construction was born. Phil started flipping houses and the company just took off.
Now, the parent company, Benchmark Construction, LLC, still runs a few new-construction projects each year, but the focus has turned towards kitchen and bath renovations with a highly skilled design time leading the way.

Owner
Phil has been involved in the construction industry since his high school days and is the driving force behind iN Style Kitchen & Bath – a local, family-owned and operated one-stop shop for all of your remodeling needs. Phil’s number one focus in all that he does is 100% customer satisfaction.
Hannah
Designer
After earning a bachelor’s in interior design from Vincennes University, Hannah continued her education at IUPUI, graduating with a specialized focus in Interior Design. She joined iN Style Kitchen & Bath, where Hannah is passionate about helping clients create spaces that truly reflect their style and needs. With a strong background in customer service, she is committed to offering honest, personalized guidance and tailored design solutions.
Lulu
Designer
After earning her degree in Interior Design from Indiana University – Bloomington, Lulu joined iN Style Kitchen & Bath. Her education, combined with hands-on experience, has equipped her with the skills to bring clients’ dream spaces to life. Passionate and detail-oriented, Lulu is ready to help make your next project a seamless and inspiring experience.
Matt
Project Manager
Matt is our newest project manager whose passion is problem solving. His enthusiasm for getting the job done right is infectious. He loves being a part of creating beautiful spaces and customer service is his primary focus. We are thrilled to have him as part of our team.
Wesley
Receiving
Wesley keeps our warehouse in an orderly fashion. Not only does he receive and organize all the orders, he also delivers all project materials to our job sites. While tiny in stature, he is a mighty asset to our team.
Kit
Owner
Kit fills several different rolls including purchaser, part-time designer, and new construction specialist. She is an award-winning designer with several remodel and new construction projects published locally. She is blessed to be a work “mom” for such a super iN Style team.
